Phoebe Appleby

Eight years ago Phoebe made a career move from the retail sector to the finance industry. Since then she has gained extensive knowledge and experience within the industry, making her an invaluable part of our team.

Phoebe worked as a retail supervisor for three years, working closely with staff and managers from large retail stores across the UK. This enabled her to gain valuable insight into everything from business and staff management, consumer rights and customer relationships.

Since joining us in 2017, originally as part of our marketing team, Phoebe has gained her Level 3 CeMAP and CeRER qualifications. Phoebe is now a senior loan advisor, specialising in bridging finance.

She handles bridging applications from taking the initial phone or online enquiry, right through to completion.

From her time with us and also in the retail sector, Phoebe understands the importance of ensuring that the customer experience is always a positive one. As part of our dedicated team, she helps to ensure that KIS Finance deliver a personal and efficient service to all our customers.

In her spare time, Phoebe is a keen and talented fencer, competing in this sport for over 10 years. She also loves to play badminton, swim, read and cook.
