Our buy to let mortgage calculator is very simple to use. All you have to do is complete the boxes in the calculator telling it how much you would like to borrow, how long you require the mortgage for and the interest rate. Once you have done this press the ‘calculate button’.
The mortgage calculator will then display the figures for a monthly repayment mortgage based on the repayment term that you entered. Also displayed is the interest only monthly figure, which will be the monthly repayment amount if you opt for an interest only mortgage.
Naturally the interest only amount will be the same for all loan terms, compared to the monthly repayment amount that will increase if the repayment term decreases and decrease if the repayment term increases.
