There is also a facility for entering the arrangement fee charged by bridging finance providers. By default this is set at 2% and is added to the bridging facility. The arrangement fee amount is displayed and monthly interest charges are calculated taking this added arrangement fee into account. For calculation purposes the 2% default can be changed or removed completely by entering 0.
