Holly Andrews

Holly has 16 years of experience working in finance and insurance and started her career in 2007 as a Secured Loans Underwriter.

Following the credit crunch, Holly began working with a young and fast-growing insurance company. On merit of her customer service skills she was soon moved to their quality team to deal with complaints and compliance issues. She also spent time training staff, passing on her customer service skills.

A couple of years later she moved from insurance and back into finance, later working as a Mortgage Advisor. Holly joined KIS in 2014 and took over as Managing Director from her Father in 2015.

She knows that no matter how well a business operates, things can always be improved, and she is keen to take ownership of problems and find ways to improve procedures.

Holly enjoys using her wealth of knowledge and creativity to devise financial guides and has contributed articles to the national press on a wide range of topics.
